pharmacological action
1. Inhibition of prostaglandins: Cotinus extract has an inhibitory effect on the formation of prostatic cord in fibroblasts of 3T3 mice transformed by methylcholanthrene, and the median effective inhibitory concentration (ID50) is 42.0UM.
2. Enzyme inhibition: Fisetin 98% can restrain the whole sugar reductase of rat eye lens, and the half effective inhibitory concentration is 10-6M.
3. Antispasmodic: The antispasmodic effect of acetylcholine is 166% of that of papaverine in the small intestine of mice.
4. A group of Japanese and American researchers found through animal experiments that fisetin in vegetables and fruits can help improve memory.
