Production process

Take 5.0 kg of dried chamomile flowers, add 12 times distilled water, heat reflux and extract 3 times, each 1.5h, filter, combine the extracts, rotary steam until 1mL solution contains 1g crude drug, add 95% ethanol, alcohol precipitation, make the solution contain alcohol The amount reaches 60%, stand for 48h, filter, Rotary evaporate, and dry at a constant temperature of 60°C to obtain chamomile extract powder.

The residue was extracted with 95% ethanol for 3 times. The extracts were combined and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain 71.5g of extract. The extract was mixed with the same amount of polyamide, and purified by repeated column chromatography (ethanol-water gradient elution) of polyamide to obtain compound I (25 mg) and compound II (18 mg). Apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅰ) and luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅱ).
