On April 16, 2021, the Official Journal of the European Union published Regulations (EU) 2021/616 and (EU) 2021/618, amending Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 "Regulations on the Limits of Pesticide Residues in Food." Part of the amendment is to amend the maximum residue limits of 10 pesticides such as Benalaxyl in some foods, and some of the revised limits are shown in the table below. This regulation will take effect 20 days after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
